Reza Sarsangi is an associate in the Securities Group at Cassels. His practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate and securities law matters. Reza regularly acts for both issuers and investment banks in connection with public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and going-public transactions, and also advises issuers with respect to corporate governance practices, continuous disclosure matters and regulatory compliance.
Reza received his J.D. from Western University. Prior to law school, Reza received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University, graduating with distinction.
