On May 21, 2024, FRNT Financial Inc. closed a brokered private placement of 2,070,000 units at a price of $0.60 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1.24 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. The private placement was completed pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption under National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions.
The offering was completed with Fort Capital Securities Ltd. acting as sole agent and bookrunner.
