On April 1, 2025, Ackroo Inc. completed the sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares (“Ackroo Shares”) to Paystone Inc., through Paystone’s wholly owned subsidiary, Atom Growth Inc.
Pursuant to the transaction, Paystone acquired the Ackroo Shares at a price of $0.15 per Ackroo Share, and assumed all assets and liabilities of Ackroo, for an enterprise value of approximately $21 million.
