Rebecca Lee is a law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Rebecca offers with more than two decades of progressive legal experience, offering her extensive expertise in all aspects of corporate law to the firm’s lawyers and clients. Having developed the sharp eye for detail required to support teams on large transactions ranging from tax reorganizations to mergers and acquisitions, Rebecca assists on all aspects of conducting corporate due diligence, minute book reviews, preparation of remedial documents, incorporations and organizations, ongoing corporate maintenance, amendments, amalgamations, trans-jurisdictional continuances, dissolutions, revivals, extra-provincial registrations and related filings for corporations. As a senior member of the paraprofessional team at Cassels, Rebecca also participates in the training and mentoring of junior clerks.
Rebecca remains part of her professional community as a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO), where she completed Associate level courses and received honours in the areas of Corporate Law and Real Estate. Rebecca is also part of the firm’s own Dare to Care program as an annual participant in the JDRF Ride for Diabetes Research.
