On September 12, 2025, Ecometrix, a leading environmental and water consultancy based in Canada, completed the sale of all its issued and outstanding shares to Egis, a global leader in architecture, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility services. Ecometrix’ service offerings and expertise will allow Egis to strengthen its nuclear practice, elevate its technical expertise in the mining sector, and enable Egis to offer more comprehensive in-house water resource services.
