Sheri Sadeghian

Sheri Sadeghian is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Sheri’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. She first joined the firm as a member of the 2021-2022 Articling Student class.

Having co-founded a tech startup company and worked closely with other local businesses, Sheri has first-hand knowledge of the unique challenges business owners face on a day-to-day basis and uses that experience to provide practical assistance in a cost-effective manner. Sheri has experience advising clients in South Korea and the United Arab Emirates on the feasibility of expanding operations internationally.

Sheri received her Master of Laws degree at the University of Bristol and completed her LLM in International Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. While at Osgoode, Sheri worked as an Institute for the Future of Law Practice Intern at a full-service national law firm. Prior to law school, Sheri completed her International Bachelor of Business Administration at Schulich School of Business. To complete this degree, Sheri also spent a semester abroad at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

In her spare time, Sheri enjoys playing tennis and golf. She is also an active member of the Yara Leadership Society and an activator with SHeEO.

Sheri is fluent in Farsi.
