Wendy Kirkton is an experienced law clerk in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. Wendy specializes in acquisitions and dispositions of residential and commercial properties, mortgage financing, and estate conveyancing. Her responsibilities include conducting due diligence and off-title searches and preparing comprehensive summaries, analyzing title searches, drafting requisitions and closing documentation, negotiating and arranging title insurance policies, preparing electronic documentation for registration, and reporting to clients post closing. Wendy and has been in the legal profession for numerous years and is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
