On January 2, 2024, SupplyOne Inc., the largest independent supplier of corrugated and other value-added packaging products, equipment and services in the United States, completed the acquisition of Crownhill Packaging, one of North America’s largest full-service packaging distributors. SupplyOne is a portfolio company of Wellspring Capital Management LLC.
