Jessica Gnitt is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Jessica’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, representing both borrowers and lenders involved in financing transactions and corporate finance matters. Jessica also offers experience with mergers & acquisitions and securities transactions.
Prior to joining Cassels, Jessica served as an extern at the 35th District Court in Plymouth, Michigan, and was an articling student and associate at an innovative boutique firm in downtown Toronto. Throughout law school, Jessica volunteered with the United Way in Windsor and the Pope Francis warming center and soup kitchen in Detroit.
