On December 22, 2025, Mines D’Or Orbec Inc. completed a plan of arrangement with IAMGOLD Corporation, whereby IAMGOLD acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Mines D’Or Orbec with an implied transaction value of approximately $18.1 million.
