Adam Rempel (he/him/his) is an associate in the Employment & Labour Group at Cassels. In his practice, Adam provides advice and representation to provincially and federally regulated employers in all areas of labour and employment law, including workplace safety, workplace harassment and violence, workplace accommodations, termination and discipline issues, employment agreements and policies, and collective agreement interpretation.
Adam has acted for clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. He has also appeared in grievance arbitrations and before the Alberta Labour Relations Board. Adam has further represented clients in human rights disputes, and in employment standards complaints and appeals.
Adam has written extensively on topics relating to employment law, including the topics of construction dismissal and harassment.
Prior to joining Cassels, Adam practiced in the employment law group at another prominent national law firm.
