On March 2, 2026, a privately held oil and gas company engaged in the exploration, production, and sale of oil and gas commodities in Western Canada completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Covee Energy Corporation, a privately held company focused on the acquisition and development of oil and natural gas assets within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
