On February 24, 2026, The Riverside Company, a global investment firm, acquired CityReporter. CityReporter is a cloud-based provider of asset management and inspections software for municipalities across North America. This investment is an add-on to Riverside’s portfolio company, Cloudpermit.
The addition of CityReporter expands Cloudpermit’s capabilities beyond regulatory processes into field maintenance and asset management, creating a more comprehensive solution that supports local governments across the full lifecycle of community development and infrastructure oversight.
