Danielle Karlin is an associate in the Tax & Trusts Group at Cassels. Danielle offers experience on a wide range of tax issues, having worked for publicly traded companies on private asset and share purchase transactions as well as tax reorganizations.
She also offers experience with tax litigation, including drafting factums, notices of objection, and responsive submissions to the CRA.
Prior to joining Cassels, Danielle served as an associate at another national law firm. She is bilingual in English and French.
