On April 29, 2026, Bellavista Resources Ltd., a company listed on the ASX, completed a transaction with FireFly Metals Ltd. whereby it acquired FireFly’s 70% interest in the Pickle Crow Gold Project in Ontario, via the acquisition of all of the shares of Auteco Minerals (Canada) Pty Ltd., and Bellavista exercised the associated earn-in option to increase that interest to 80%.
