On July 10, 2026, Ferguson Enterprises Inc., a North American Distributor of essential water and air solutions with an expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and lighting, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire FWI Holdings, Inc., a leading industrial distributor and service provider of highly technical valves and flow control solutions.
