Aditi Mallavarapu (she/her) is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. She is an internationally trained lawyer from India and completed a Business law focused LL.M at the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Aditi was an articling student with the firm.
In India, Aditi’s practice focused primarily on private equity transactions and advising clients on an array of general business law queries. She also co-authored the 2020 Private Equity in India practice guide for Chambers & Partners. Outside work, she served as a mentor with the Mentor Me India program, a non-governmental organisation aimed at mentoring students in government-run schools.
In her spare time, Aditi enjoys travelling, experimenting with south-Asian recipes and watching tennis.
