On November 21, 2023, Generation Mining Limited completed a bought deal public offering that consisted of the sale of: (i) 42,858,000 units at a price of $0.28 per unit, and (ii) 9,678,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.32 per flow-through unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $15 million. The offering included a lead order of $5 million of units from Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.
The offering was led by Haywood Securities Inc. as sole underwriter and bookrunner.
