Joshua Hollenberg is an associate in the Competition & Foreign Investment Law Group at Cassels. Joshua advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance and other reviewable conduct, regulatory investigations, and regulatory compliance matters. He also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.
Joshua has worked with clients in a range of industries, including banking, energy, mining, private equity, technology, and telecommunications. He offers his clients unique insight from his time working as a lobbyist as well as on provincial and federal political campaigns.
Prior to joining Cassels, Joshua worked as an associate in the Competition Law Group of another national law firm.
