Bryan Woodman is a partner in the Banking & Specialty Finance Group at Cassels. Bryan has extensive experience in a wide range of lending and debt finance transactions. Bryan regularly acts for borrower groups, lenders and syndicates involved in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, acquisition financings, special situation financings, project financings, asset and real estate-based lending and corporate reorganizations. His clients include domestic and foreign banks, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, alternative capital providers and domestic and international borrower groups.
Bryan also regularly acts as Canadian counsel for foreign law firms who retain him to assist with the Canadian aspects of cross-border financings and intercreditor arrangements.
