On August 7, 2025, True North DPO Inc. (“True North”), an Ontario dental partnership organization supporting a network of clinics primarily focused on general dentistry, completed its add-on acquisition of Smiles on 5, a dental clinic in Waterdown, Ontario led by a father-and-son team, Dr. Leonard Chan and Dr. Kenneth Chan.
