Andrew MacMartin is a law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Andy offers over two decades of experience as a law clerk, focusing on tax and corporate work. As a senior corporate clerk, Andy’s experience includes, but is not limited to, preparing documents for mergers and acquisitions, tax-motivated corporate reorganizations, federal and Ontario incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances, revivals, arrangements, various fundamental changes, and minute book reviews.
Andy has managed the corporate clerks in two of his prior employments, and has experience with mentorship to paralegals, and with the drafting of corporate and tax precedents.
Personal interests include classic cars, cosmology, 60’s music, U.S. history, and his three somewhat rowdy dogs.
