On May 9, 2025, Trivest Partners L.P., a Miami-based private equity firm, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of J.H. Secord Enterprises Limited, an Ontario-based commercial overhead door and industrial loading dock services company.
The acquisition was an add-on to Trivest’s Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions platform.
