Anita Im is a paralegal with the Financial Services Group in the Calgary office. She has extensive knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including due diligence review, purchase and sale transactions, and leasing. Anita is accredited to preform filing and registration services in the Alberta Personal Property Registry system and has her CORES Levels 1 and 2 accreditations.
Prior to joining Cassels, Anita worked at a well-established law firm as a Conveyancing Paralegal assisting in residential purchase and sale transactions in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
