On August 7, 2024, Aurion Resources Ltd. completed a best-efforts private placement of 14,545,455 common shares at a price of $0.55 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $8 million, which included the full exercise of the agent’s option.
The offering was completed through a syndicate of agents led by Red Cloud Securities Inc., as lead agent and sole bookrunner, and included Canaccord Genuity Corp., Haywood Securities Inc., and Ventum Financial Corp.
