On October 24, 2025, Realbotix Corp., a TSXV-listed issuer engaged in the design and manufacture of AI-powered intelligent humanoid robots for entertainment, customer service and companionship, completed a brokered private placement offering of 14,000,000 units for aggregate gross proceeds of $7 million. Each unit consisted of one common share and one common share purchase warrant of Realbotix, with each common share purchase warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one common share of Realbotix. The units were distributed pursuant to the LIFE offering exemption.
A.G.P. Canada Investments ULC acted as sole agent and bookrunner in connection with the offering.
