On July 29, 2025, Acreage Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, entered into a third amended and restated credit agreement with High Street Capital Partners, LLC, as borrower, a third-party lender, and the other loan parties party thereto. Among other things, the third amended and restated credit agreement included an upsize of US$22 million in additional capital and added the Wana brand entities as loan parties thereunder.
The upsize brings the total amount available under the credit facilities to approximately US$200 million.
