On October 6, 2023, Terronera Precious Metals, S.A. de C.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Endeavour Silver Corp., entered into a credit agreement for a US$120 million senior secured term credit facility with, among others, ING Bank N.V., Dublin Branch and Société Générale, as lenders, ING Capital LLC, as administrative agent and documentation agent and Société Générale, as technical agent and environmental and social agent.
The credit facility will be used to finance the construction of Terronera’s gold and silver mine in Jalisco, Mexico.
