On October 22, 2025, Electra Battery Materials Corporation completed a US$34.5 million financing and US$40 million debt equitization, marking a major transformation of its balance sheet and funding outlook. With over US$80 million now secured from investors and government commitments, the construction and commissioning of Electra’s cobalt sulfate refinery in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario, is now fully funded.
