Manny Mukkar (he/him/his) is a partner in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels. Manny’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate law and general corporate matters in which he routinely acts on behalf of developers, vendors, purchasers, lenders and borrowers on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular concentration on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, commercial mortgage lending transactions involving all real estate asset classes, and tenant and landlord side leasing.
Manny has acted in a variety of transactions for both private and public companies, REITs, limited partnerships and entrepreneurs in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial and residential properties, including retail complexes, retirement homes, long term care homes, multi-residential buildings, industrial buildings and hotels. Manny’s general corporate practice has an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
