On March 2, 2026, Titan Supply, an Alberta based industrial equipment supplier and a portfolio company of WeShall Investments Inc., a private equity firm headquartered in Toronto, completed the sale of all of its assets to Ben Mor, a Quebec-based leader in the manufacturing and distribution of steel cables, chains and lifting accessories. The transaction consideration consisted of cash for an undisclosed sum.
