On July 10, 2025, xTAO Inc. completed a merger with Adrianna Ventures Ltd. pursuant to the terms of business combination agreement under the laws of the Cayman Islands. In connection with the going-public transaction, xTAO completed a subscription receipt financing for aggregate gross proceeds of US$22.8 million. The common shares of xTAO began trading on the TSXV under the ticker symbol “XTAO.U” on July 22, 2025.
