On August 20, 2025, Torex Gold Resources Inc. completed its acquisition of Reyna Silver Corp., pursuant to which Torex Gold acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Reyna Silver by way of court-approved plan of arrangement. Under the terms of the all-cash transaction, Torex Gold paid approximately $36 million to acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Reyna Silver based on a price of $0.13 per share.
