On June 25, 2026, Kodiak Copper Corp. completed a private placement LIFE offering of (i) 9,885,900 flow-through common shares at a price of $1.271 per share, and (ii) 3,048,900 common shares at a price of $0.82 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $15 million, which included the full exercise of the agents’ option.
The offering was led by Paradigm Capital Inc. as lead agent and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of agents including ATB Capital Markets Corp., Haywood Securities Inc. and Integrity Capital Group Inc.
