On January 29, 2026, Li-FT Power Ltd. completed private placement offerings consisting of (i) 3,876,000 “flow-through” subscription receipts at a price of $6.88 per “flow-through” subscription receipt; (ii) 2,209,300 subscription receipts at a price of $4.30 per subscription receipt; (iii) 775,200 “flow through” common shares at a price of $6.45 per “flow through” common share; and (iv) 1,627,800 common shares of Li-FT at a price of $4.30 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $48.1 million, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ options.
The offerings were led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., as lead underwriter and sole-bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters which included Cormark Securities Inc. and SCP Resource Finance LP.
