On June 26, 2025, Vizsla Silver Corp. completed a bought deal public offering of 33,334,000 common shares at a price of US$3.00 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$100 million.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity, and included CIBC Capital Markets, National Bank Financial Inc., Ventum Financial Corp., BMO Capital Markets and Raymond James Ltd.
