On March 7, 2024, Latitude Uranium Inc. completed its merger with ATHA Energy Corp. whereby ATHA acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Latitude Uranium. Pursuant to the merger, Latitude Uranium shareholders received 0.2769 common shares of ATHA for each Latitude Uranium share held.
