On October 18, 2023, RTC Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm that specializes in building middle market growth platforms, acquired Quarry Integrated Communications Inc. and its U.S. affiliate, Quarry Integrated Communications USA, Inc. (collectively, “Quarry”). Quarry is a top-ranking B2B demand marking agency with headquarters in St. Jacobs, Ontario and operations across North America. The acquisition was part of RTC’s strategic growth investment in four industry leading, North America-based marketing and sales services firms to establish the foundation of an integrated and data-driven platform designed to drive value creation across a wide spectrum of client marketing and sales initiatives.
