On April 17, 2026, Viking Acquisition Corp. I, a special purpose acquisition company, and NorthStar Earth & Space Inc., a global leader in Space Situational Awareness and Space Domain Awareness, entered into a definitive business combination agreement. Upon closing of the transaction, shares of the combined company are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “NSTR”.
