Isobel Cramer

Isobel Cramer is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels, working in the Vancouver Corporate Services Department. Isobel provides assistance with general corporate proceedings for private companies. She provides support to lawyers and clients on general corporate matters including, but not limited to, annual compliance, changes of principals, extra-provincial registrations, and updates along with other routine corporate amendments.
