On November 17, 2023, Li-FT Power Ltd. completed a public offering of 1,437,500 common shares issued on a flow-through basis at a price of $8.65 per flow-through share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $12.4 million, which included the full exercise of the option granted to the agents.
The offering was completed through a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., and included SCP Resource Finance LP, Scotia Capital Inc. and Beacon Securities Limited.
