On June 10, 2021, Alexco Resource Corp. completed a bought deal public offering of 8,214,450 common shares at a price of $3.50 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $28.75 million, which includes the exercise in full underwriters’ over-allotment option.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Cormark Securities Inc. and Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation and including R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc., A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners and Roth Capital Partners, LLC.
