On May 20, 2025, Southern Cross Gold Consolidated Ltd. completed a private placement for total aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $143 million.
The offering was conducted by Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. and Aitken Mount Capital Partners Pty Ltd, as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners, together with Jett Capital Advisors, LLC as co-manager and with a syndicate of agents that included Ventum Financial Corp., Bell Potter Securities Limited, Shaw and Partners Limited, RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Blue Ocean Equities Pty Ltd, and Red Cloud Securities Inc.
