On May 15, 2025, Lithium Americas Corp. entered into an equity distribution agreement with TD Securities (USA) LLC and TD Securities Inc., as agents, to establish an at-the-market equity program permitting Lithium Americas to issue common shares having an aggregate sale price of up to US$100 million.
