On January 17, 2023, Full Circle Lithium Inc. and ESG Capital 1 Inc. completed a brokered private placement offering of subscription receipts for combined aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $9.7 million in connection with the proposed reverse takeover of ESG by Full Circle which will constitute ESG’s “Qualifying Transaction” under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of agents including Clarus Securities Inc. and PowerOne Capital Markets Limited, as co-lead agents, together with Canaccord Genuity Corp.
