On June 15, 2023, Bravo Mining Corp. completed a private placement of 1,504,992 common shares at a price of $3.50 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $5.27 million.
The offering was co-led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., National Bank Financial Inc. and BMO Capital Markets, on behalf of a syndicate of agents including Cormark Securities Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
