On June 21, 2023, good natured Products Inc. closed a brokered private placement of 35,714,285 units at a price of $0.14 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $5 million.
The private placement was co-led by Beacon Securities Limited and Integral Wealth Securities Limited, on behalf of a syndicate of agents including PI Financial Corp.
The private placement was completed pursuant to the “Listed Issuer Financing Exemption” under National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions.
