On September 28, 2023, Azimut Exploration Inc. completed a bought deal private placement of (i) 2,442,100 premium flow-through shares at a price of $2.0475 per premium flow-through share; (ii) 550,600 flow-through shares at a price of $1.8165 per flow-through share; and (iii) 2,082,100 hard dollar shares at a price of $1.05 per hard dollar share, for gross aggregate proceeds of approximately $8.18 million.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and included Red Cloud Securities Inc.
