On April 22, 2024, Lithium Americas Corp. completed a public offering of 55,000,000 common shares at a price of US$5.00 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of US$275 million.
The net proceeds of the offering are to be used to fund the advancement of construction and development of Lithium Americas’ Thacker Pass lithium project in Humbolt County, Nevada.
