Jocelyn Arnason is an associate in the Tax & Trusts Group at Cassels. She provides thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of corporate income tax matters, with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private and public financing and lending transactions (including cross-border lending), corporate reorganizations, and executive compensation. Jocelyn also has experience assisting clients with tax dispute resolution.
Working with public and private clients across industries including mining, technology, finance, and oil & gas, Jocelyn is known for her collaborative approach and clear communication, helping clients navigate complex tax issues with confidence. She also assists with general corporate and commercial matters, always aiming to deliver solutions that align with clients’ business goals. She is passionate about mentorship and is committed to creating a diverse and supportive environment where others can thrive.
